Partner – Head of Taxation

A Chartered Accountant and Auditor since 2010, he has gained experience in leading international tax firms. He specialises in corporate taxation, VAT, extraordinary transactions, litigation and innovative start-ups, with a focus on e-commerce. Author of the book ‘Airbnb e tassazione affitti brevi’ (Maggioli Editore), he collaborates with the Chamber of Commerce for assistance to start-ups and subsidised finance.

Siro Roveda

Senior Manager – Head of Accounting

With thirty years of experience in professional firms and as administrative manager, he coordinates Taxdry’s accounting and tax area: accounting, financial statements, declarations and reports for Italian and foreign companies. He is the operational reference for clients and teams.

Francesco Trinchese

Of Counsel – Head of Startups and Individual Entrepreneurs

Chartered Accountant graduated from Bocconi University, co-founder of Opence Società Benefit. He has a long experience in strategic and tax consulting for startups and individual entrepreneurs. Mentor at PoliHub and Murate Idea Park, he supports entrepreneurs in growth and innovation.

Luca Rizzuto

Associate – Head of Short-Term Rentals Department

Chartered Accountant registered in Savona, specialising in property taxation and management of short term rentals. He supports professionals and VAT holders, combining operational advice and tax disclosure. Author of the manual ‘Do you put it in give or take?

Nicola Papa

Associate – Multinational Support

Accountant with experience in ordinary accounting, tax compliance and advanced digital systems (SAP Ariba, TeamSystem, Sme.Up). C2 certified in English, provides operational support to Italian and multinational clients.

Alessandro Signorini

Associate – Accountant

Chartered Accountant and Auditor with experience in professional firms, tourism and education. At Taxdry he deals with ordinary accounting management, offering reliable support to operational activities.

Roberto Marchi is a Partner at Lance Partners and adjunct professor of business administration at IULM University in Milan. He is a certified public accountant and tax consultant specializing in strategic consulting and corporate turnaround processes, as well as cross-border M&A transactions, with a particular focus on M&A transactions in crisis and restructuring situations. He is a member of the board of statutory auditors and an independent director in several Italian companies.

Rosario Sapuppo is a lawyer specializing in commercial, corporate and private international law. With established experience in domestic transactions and foreign investments, he works in M&A, Insurtech, international law and air transport. He assists innovative startups from formation to fundraising, with a focus on transactions between Italy and Turkey. The role

After a short training period, you will be assigned clients to manage. You will be expected to take care of their administrative and fiscal tasks, offering advice via telephone or e-mail using databases.
In addition, you can participate in prospective analyses and business evaluations with the best software available.

  • Excellent English language skills to relate to foreign customers;
  • Ability to listen to the customer and their needs.
