Gra­dua­ted in 2004 with honours in Busi­ness Admi­ni­stra­tion from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Insu­bria, he was admit­ted to the Regi­ster of Char­te­red Accoun­tan­ts in 2010.

He has wor­ked with lea­ding inter­na­tio­nal tax firms in Milan, gai­ning signi­fi­cant expe­rien­ce in the areas of cor­po­ra­te taxa­tion, liti­ga­tion and M&A.

He spe­cia­li­ses in tax and VAT con­sul­ting, par­ti­cu­lar­ly for e‑commerce com­pa­nies and inno­va­ti­ve start-ups, as well as in tax liti­ga­tion and extraor­di­na­ry transactions.

He col­la­bo­ra­ted with the Fiscoe­Tas­se web­si­te and is co-author of the book on App taxa­tion “Mobi­le App: tax poli­cies, accoun­ting issues, legal pro­fi­les”, by Dario Gril­li, publi­shed by Mag­gio­li, in July 2014.

 Inclu­ded in the list of experts of the Milan Cham­ber of Com­mer­ce for spe­cia­li­sed fir­st assi­stan­ce gui­des on inno­va­ti­ve start-ups and fund raising.
